A home test kit is only as good as the laboratory behind it. Every Sacred Sampling sample is analyzed by an accredited partner laboratory using the same EPA-referenced methods and instruments used for regulatory work — not a color strip, not a consumer gadget.
Water and many environmental samples are analyzed by Long Island Analytical Laboratories (Holbrook, NY), accredited by the New York State Department of Health ELAP (Environmental Laboratory Approval Program), certificate #11693. Air-badge and specialty analyses are handled by accredited partner laboratories under their validated methods. Accreditation means an independent authority audits the lab's people, procedures, instruments and quality control on an ongoing basis — the same standard behind results used for compliance and litigation.
Each analyte is matched to the method built for it. A few of the workhorses:
Every kit ships with a chain-of-custody card and pre-printed sample labels. When you register your sample and mail it back, the handoff is recorded at each step — collection, transit, receipt and analysis — so your result is traceable from your tap or your room all the way to the instrument. That traceability is what separates a laboratory result from a guess, and it's what makes your report usable for real estate, disputes or your own records.
Sacred Sampling sells one thing: laboratory testing. We have no ties to filter companies, water-treatment dealers, or remediation firms, so a result never doubles as a sales pitch for a product we happen to sell. Your data is yours — a clear, plain-language report referenced to the appropriate EPA limits and published health advisories.
Pick a kit, collect your sample, and mail it back in the prepaid pouch. We'll do the rest.
