HOW IT WORKS

From your Kitchen to a Federal-Method Lab — and Back, Fast.

No appointments. No clipboards. No paper chain-of-custody. Order a kit, collect the sample at home, scan the QR insert, and your test is on its way to a NY ELAP-certified lab. Most results back in 7–14 days.

Why a Digital Chain of Custody Beats the Paper One.

Traditional environmental lab kits ship with a multi-part carbon-paper Chain of Custody form you have to fill out, fold, and mail back. Half of customer complaints in the lab industry trace back to that form: missing signatures, illegible handwriting, mismatched sample IDs.

Tamper-evident from your kitchen

Your QR scan timestamps the moment you sealed the sample. No backdating, no missing signatures.

Real-time tracking

Watch your sample move from your house to the lab to the report. Same view your customer service team has.

Lab-acceptable for legal use

The digital COC is accepted by our partner lab for documentation in insurance claims, real estate disclosures, and tenant disputes.

Add tests after the kit ships

Decide you want the E. coli add-on after you collect? Add it at registration. The second bottle in your kit covers it.

COLD CHAIN & TIME- SENSITIVITY
Some samples are alive. We treat them that way.
Bacteria, VOCs, and PFAS samples behave differently than metals. Every kit ships with a frozen gel pack and an insulated mailer — and where the sample needs more, we tell you exactly what's required.
LKNM_edited_edited_edited.png

Critical Cold Chain

Microbial samples (E. coli, Coliform, Legionella) and VOC samples must arrive cold. Bacteria multiply or die off based on temperature.

LKNM_edited.png

Preservative Coated

Heavy-metal and nitrate bottles arrive pre-dosed with the lab-required preservative. Your sample is stabilized the moment you cap.

Standard Shipping

Passive air badges, surface wipes, asbestos cassettes, and bulk material samples are not temperature-sensitive. Standard return shipping.

When Should You Consider Environmental Testing?

Environmental testing is often most effective before problems become obvious. You may want to consider testing if any of the following apply to your home or living environment:

🏠

HOME & PROPERTY CHANGES

•    Your home is older, recently renovated, or undergoing construction
•    New flooring, cabinetry, furniture, or building materials were installed
•    Your home has experienced water leaks, flooding, or moisture issues
•    You live near industrial areas, major roadways, or agricultural zones

🚿

 WATER & PLUMBING INDICATORS

•    Your home has aging or unknown plumbing materials
•    You use a private well or non-municipal water source
•    Water has a metallic, chemical, or unusual taste or odor
•    You notice discoloration, sediment, or staining on fixtures
•    There have been changes in local water treatment or supply

🌬️

 AIR QUALITY & ODOR CONCERNS

•    You notice persistent odors or chemical smells
•    Rooms feel stuffy or poorly ventilated
•    You use gas appliances, fireplaces, or an attached garage
•    You live in an area affected by wildfire smoke or outdoor air pollution
•    You experience noticeable changes in indoor air comfort

🧹

 DUST, SURFACE & RESIDUE INDICATORS

•    Excessive dust buildup despite regular cleaning
•    Peeling paint, deteriorating materials, or older finishes
•    Previous pest control treatments or chemical use in the home
•    Renovations or construction dust present
•    Young children frequently play on floors or carpets

🌱

SOIL & OUTDOOR FACTORS

•    Children or pets frequently play in bare soil
•    You garden or grow food near your home
•    The property has a history of industrial, agricultural, or commercial use
•    The home is near roadways or treated wood structures
•    Soil is tracked indoors regularly

👶

HEALTH & HOUSEHOLD FACTORS

•    Infants, young children, or pregnant individuals live in the home
•    Household members have asthma, allergies, or respiratory sensitivities
•    Immunocompromised or older individuals are present
•    Persistent symptoms occur without a clear explanation
•    You want baseline data for long-term environmental awareness

🔍

•    You want to establish a baseline environmental profile
•    You prefer to identify issues before symptoms or damage occur
•    You are seeking greater transparency in your home or products
•    You value data-driven decision-making

EXPOSURE PANELS

Certified Laboratory Results Backed by Standardized Collection Materials

Water Quality Testing Panels

Drinking water sampling focused on metals and chemical constituents commonly associated with residential and building water systems.

Air Testing Quality Panels

Targeted indoor air sampling designed to identify potential exposure pathways related to volatile organic compounds (VOCs), combustion byproducts, environmental gases, and particulate matter.

Surface & Dust Residue Panels

Sampling of settled dust and surface residues to evaluate chemical or biological contaminants that may contribute to indoor exposure through contact or resuspension.

Specialty & Targeted Screenings

Sacred Sampling Solutions provides independent environmental sampling services across air, water, and surface media.

RESULTS INTERPRETATION SUPPORT

Environmental test results can be complex. Sacred Sampling Solutions provides interpretation support to help clients understand laboratory reports, analytical terminology, and how measured values are presented within established reporting frameworks.

Interpretation support may include:

  • Review of quantified laboratory results and units of measurement

  • Explanation of detection limits, laboratory qualifiers, and analytical methods

  • Educational context for health-relevant environmental data

  • Guidance on when further professional consultation or follow-up evaluation may be appropriate

Clients with questions about their results may request additional clarification or access training resources designed to support understanding of laboratory reports.

Clarity Leads to Confidence

Understanding what’s in your environment gives you control. Whether your results confirm safety, identify an area for improvement, or suggest continued monitoring, clarity supports confident, informed choices.

Our approach is designed to give you answers that are accurate, understandable, and useful—so you can move forward with confidence.

ANALYTES EXPLAINED

Analytes are the specific substances, indicators, or biological markers measured during laboratory testing. Each analyte provides targeted insight into environmental conditions that may influence residential, occupational, or product exposure pathways.

Results are interpreted based on concentration, environmental medium, sampling context, and potential exposure pathways, recognizing that significance depends on use, duration, and setting.

SAMPLING & TESTING PANELS

Sacred Sampling Solutions offers a structured portfolio of environmental testing panels designed to evaluate specific exposure pathways across residential and specialized settings. Each panel represents a defined group of laboratory analyses selected to address a particular type of environmental concern using methodologically appropriate, accredited laboratory methods.

Panels are offered in tiered formats—Baseline, Standard, Comprehensive, Advanced, and Premium—to allow testing scope to scale based on the level of information needed. Higher-tier panels build upon lower tiers by adding analytes or analytical depth, providing broader documentation while maintaining consistency in collection, analysis, and reporting.

All kits include professionally prepared sampling materials, mail-in laboratory analysis, and quantitative results. Testing is provided for screening and informational purposes and does not constitute regulatory certification or medical diagnosis.
