How does the whole process work?
Order a kit → it arrives in a few days → collect your sample at home → mail it back the same day in the prepaid pouch → get an easy-to-read report in your portal. See the collection guide.
Which kit should I choose?
Take the 60-second quiz, or compare all six on the test kits page. Quick version: metals only → Heavy Metals; everyday all-rounder → Essentials; broadest chemistry → Comprehensive; forever chemicals → PFAS; everything → Professional.
How do I activate my kit?
Go to app.sacredsamplingsolutions.com (or scan the QR on your insert), create an account, and enter your Kit ID. That links your sample to you and the right test.
How long until I get results?
You’ll get a status timeline in your portal — Received → In analysis → Report ready — and an email when your report is posted. See Shipping for handling details.
Why do I have to ship the same day?
Samples are time-sensitive. Shipping the same day with the cool pack keeps the sample valid so the lab can analyze it accurately.

What’s your refund policy?
Unopened kits are returnable within 30 days; activated kits are non-refundable once lab work begins. Full details on the Refund & Returns page.
