Documentation matters for insurance claims and remediation verification: proving residue is gone (or still present) is the difference between a closed claim and an ongoing health hazard.

Wipe a measured surface area with the provided pads and/or deploy the air cassette in the affected room, following the included instructions. Seal and return.

GC-MS quantifies PAHs and combustion VOCs, HPLC measures aldehydes, and microscopy confirms soot/char particulates - together documenting whether combustion byproducts remain after cleaning.
